Returns
Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order for a store credit equal to your purchase price. To be eligible for a return/exchange items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to start a return/exchange:
To begin the process, please email us at info@agentlerose.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return or exchange
Faulty or Incorrect items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@agentlerose.com with a description and photo of the issue.
